DM Design

DM Design designers are specially trained to demonstrate our product range and to offer a full quotationfor your kitchen, bedroom or bathroom. This usually involves a visit to your house to measure the room and discuss your requirements in full before completing a tailored design. Remember, at this stage you are at no obligation to order anything.

We have 1000s of design combinations and are confident we can satisfy your individual needs and design ideas. Our designers have the training and knowledge to help you make your stamp on your room, offering the benefit of our experience to create the design of your dreams. We will leave you with a complete quotation.

We hope that you will like your design! If you choose to go ahead and place an order, we will then send a specially trained surveyor to carry out a technical survey and confirm the details of your order. This stage is important to make sure the project goes smoothly and to make sure that you are getting exactly what you want. You are in charge and this step gives you the opportunity to ask any questions and make sure you understand the design.

You can then relax while we take care of the manufacture and co-ordination of your order. Your fitted kitchen or fitted bedroom furniture will be manufactured to your specification. Your bathroom order will be co-ordinated to ensure all the details are taken care of. We will allocate a DM Design installation team from our experienced department of tradespeople and fully brief them on your order.

We will arrange a suitable date to deliver the products and complete the installation. This installation is part of our Master Fir Service, where teams of our experienced joiners, plumbers, electricians, tilers etc. will caryy out all the required work specified on your contract to completion. Unlike some other companies who deliver the products then out-source the installation, our installers bring the goods and get to work straight away on the day your products are delivered.

Some orders are more complex than others, but we aim to leave you with a working room you can use straight away as quickly as possible. For example, many of our kitchen orders can be completed in just one or two days, because we co-ordinate the right team for your individual job. Your surveyor will confirm how long your installation will take at Step 2 of the process.
