CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Customer satisfaction has always been one of our key values. We have always been passionate about providing high-quality designs at affordable prices. One way we deliver on this is by providing a tailored service for every customer, ensuring that the exact specifications and requirements are met. We offer all customers a completely free home visit, where a designer will visit you to take a technical survey and make plans for the implementation of your design. Once the design is finalised, we aim to carry out all work as efficiently as possible and with a minimal level of disruption.

QUALITY PRODUCTS

Quality is paramount, which is why we only use high-quality products and brands. Our commitment to quality is reflected by the fact that we are a member of the Furniture Industry Research Association (FIRA). Being a member of FIRA means that our products and materials have met the quality requirements of an independent, international body. We are currently FIRA Gold approved and registered and offer a five-year workmanship guarantee on all furniture and cabinetry.

ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

We take environmental issues seriously and as a lot of our work involves manufacturing, we ensure that we do our bit to be environmentally conscious. We’ve installed a biomass boiler as an innovative and environmentally friendly way to deal with the waste produced at our factory in Cumbernauld. This boiler is fed with a variety of old wooden doors, floors, worktops and offcuts from the houses that we renovate and serves to heat the factory. This is just one of many practises that we undertake to reduce our carbon footprint and preserve the environment. We are also proud to be a member of the Forest Stewardship Council.
